So today was day 1. I have kept to the food plan all day. Actually, my biggest problem is that when I’m on these meal plans, I can’t keep up! FOUR proteins, really? That’s A LOT. I miss my carbs though. I’m down one protein and trying to rationalize why milk is a protein, even though I know it really isn’t. 🙂 I’ll be good!
Other than that, I am down one carb too, but that’s mostly because we were out longer than I expected today. So maybe that glass of milk can be both??? 🙂
We went house-hunting today. It was a house I’ve been dying to see forever and I loved it. I just don’t know if the location is right for us. There’s always a catch…
I spent the majority of the evening doing food prep for the week. I’ve cooked a few proteins to use in different dishes (chicken, turkey) and cut up a BILLION fruits and veggies! Right now, the big problem is that the freezer won’t close properly cuz I have too much jammed in there. LOL. I need a new fridge!!
Today was Yoga Fix Extreme. While I am a PiYo girl at heart, I really like Yoga Fix Extreme. I typically find yoga to be very boring, but this is HARD and keeps you moving. I’m gonna be sore tomorrow and I’m pretty sure this is supposed to be the “recovery” day. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow holds…
I took my measurements and I have some before photos from a couple weeks ago… so let’s see how this goes! I got the Husband to re-sign up at the gym with his trainer, so maybe we’ll both change up our bad habits simultaneously. Here’s hoping, at least. 🙂
