As usual, I got busy and forgot about this place. I take on too many things at once, but I have a few weeks to get myself back on track! So let’s gain some accountability here – which actually doesn’t help since no one reads this. 🙂
- Exercise every day – 30 mins
- Log food every day
- Eat CLEAN (try to meal prep in advance!)
- Keep house clean!
- Finish BAE training.
Let’s just start with those because that’s probably more than I can actually do.
